This year’s UK MDM User Group was held at Merchant Taylors’ Hall in London, with representatives from 25 of MDSL’s MDM customers in attendance.
The event allowed customers to learn more about new functionality, features and better ways to do things in MDM. The User Group also provided a good forum to highlight the excellent products available for new customers, with current users on hand to explain how they use MDSL solutions to solve problems.
There were some good conversations between customers who were using products, and recommending these to their peers to trial. Some customers arranged follow-up meetings to discuss implementation strategies amongst each other to overcome challenges and use best practice.
Our report developers gathered constructive feedback from customers on requirements for the new reporting platform, and improvements were suggested for our other products and modules:
- Request & Procurement Manager – A standardized and validated method of controlling inventory updates.
- Self-Certification – Prompt end-users to confirm those services they need and those you can safely cancel or reallocate.
- Application Compliance Manager - Automate the management of application compliance reviews.
